KG Garden Supply offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery. You must contact us by email for an RMA# (return merchandise authorization). No returns will be accepted after seven days or without the RMA#. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee or the original shipping cost of the item(s). We honor the Full Factory Warranty on every item we sell. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to us. If your item is is under warranty and defective, we will have it repaired or replaced for you. KG Garden Supply covers the return shipping to you. Simply the best service before,during and after the sale.
