Return Policy
Although KG Garden Supply.com works very hard to earn a spectacular level of customer satisfaction, sometimes things do not always go according to plan. When something goes askew, we have the following returns policy.
Please note that this policy is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
KG Garden Supply.com will accept returns on all items except "final sale"
items.
You may return a decective product for full credit for product only, or if available, replacement for said defective item. You may return a defective product up to 7 days after you receive it. Please contact us at sales@kggardensupply.com if you feel your product needs to be replaced.
After 7 days, please contact the Maufactur for warranty service.
If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost are not refundable. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
No returns will be authorized after 7 days.
To initiate a return please email to sales@kggardensupply.com obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). No returns will be accepted without an RMA#.
